    How Much Does Shipping Cost?

    Shipping cost may vary by items. 

    Shipping Time

    After processing, your order is shipped using the method selected at checkout. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination, but most customers receive their packages within 3-7 business days. Please note that carrier delays, weather events, or high-volume periods may extend delivery times.

    If you order has not  arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at ESDadmin@proton.me.

    If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the date  of  original  purchase, please contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

    This policy excludes errors and/ or omissions made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries

     

    Refund policy

    We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address.

    We offer refunds if you meet the following:

    (1) Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, using the return label provided by our customer service team.

    (2) Email us at ESDadmin@proton.me  (Name, Order Number, and any information of why you are requesting a refund).

    We offer a 30‑day money‑back guarantee, which includes a 30% restocking fee. After your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

    Do not send your purchase back to the address from which it came. 

     Returned to Sender

    If you provide the wrong address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship it to you.  You will need to pay a shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping.  If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will refund you, but the refund will not include original shipping costs, priority processing or insurance.  There will be a 30% restocking fee taken out of the refund as well. 

    Sometimes these packages are refused by the manufacturer and destroyed by the postal carrier.  Sometimes they end up lost in transit.  In any case in which we do not receive the package back, we can provide a 50% store credit towards a new item.

    If you provided the correct address, we will reship the order to the same address free of charge.  If you want to change the address, you will need to pay the shipping and handling fee.

    Order Cancellation

    All of our emergency supply products are prepared and packaged specifically at the time each order is placed. Because we do not offer customized items, all orders are processed immediately. For this reason, we can only cancel or modify an order within the first 12 hours after purchase. After that window, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

    Clearance Items

    Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or refunded.  They may not include original packaging.  We make no guarantees about the condition of these items.

    Warranties

    Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. 

    International Shipping

    Customs Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.

    At Emergency Supplies Depot, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We've created this return and exchange process to make your experience as effortless as possible!

    Unused and unopened emergency supplies may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they are in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

    All online order returns, refunds and exchanges must be made through our returns process through our customer service team via email to ESDadmin@proton.me  or you can give us a call or SMS at 800-884-1937

    HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

    To start the return process, please email our customer support team at ESDadmin@proton.me with your name, order number, a photo of the defective or incorrect item, and a brief explanation of the reason for your return or refund request.
    Once we receive your message, our team will review the details and respond within 24–48 hours.


    If your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label to complete the return.
